Sara Price is a professional off-road racer and stunt performer who has spent her life pushing boundaries in motorsports. She began her career racing motocross, became a 19-time amateur national champion, then transitioned to four wheels and built a career across some of the toughest off-road races in the world.Today, Sara competes internationally in rally raid and desert racing. She made history at the 2024 Dakar Rally as the first American woman to win a Dakar stage, and has continued building on that success with stage wins, major desert-racing victories, and a Dakar podium. Beyond racing, Sara is passionate about growing off-road motorsports, creating opportunities for the next generation, and showing women that there is a place for them at the highest levels of the sport.

The past 12 months have been some of the biggest of her career. At the 2026 Dakar Rally, Sara competed as a factory driver for Defender, winning two stages and finishing 2nd overall in class, earning her first Dakar podium. She also won the 2026 King of the Hammers Desert Race and the Mint 400 UTV Pro Stock Mod class, while continuing to compete internationally in the World Rally-Raid Championship, including a podium at Desafío Ruta 40 in Argentina.

“Beyond the results, I’ve been proud to represent American off-road racing on a global stage and to help bring more attention to women competing at the highest levels of motorsport.

I’m incredibly grateful to all of the partners who continue to believe in me and make this journey possible, especially BFGoodrich, Defender, Can-Am, Monster Energy, Raceline Wheels, OC Raw, AO Coolers, Sparco, and all of the partners and people behind SP Motorsports. Racing at this level truly takes a team, and I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without their continued support.

My goal for the future is to keep competing for wins at the highest level of rally raid and off-road racing, especially Dakar, while also using my career to help grow the sport. I want to inspire the next generation—especially young girls—to see that they can belong in motorsports, whether that’s behind the wheel, in the pits, or anywhere else in the industry."

"Off-road has shaped almost every part of my life. It has taught me resilience, adaptability, teamwork, and how to keep fighting when things don’t go according to plan. What I love most is that no two races, trails, or adventures are ever the same. You’re constantly being challenged by the terrain, the machine, and yourself.” – Sara Price
