Emily Miller is the founder and director of the Rebelle Rally, the longest competitive off-road rally in the United States. She was mentored by Rod Hall to drive off-road and helped Hall reinvigorate ORMHOF after he purchased the assets from Ed Pearlman. She has competed in off-road racing and international rallies, and she operates a driving and navigation school. For 25 years, she has owned a sports marketing and communications company that has served clients ranging from traditional sports to action sports, as well as automotive, including King of the Hammers. Miller is a Fellow of the Royal Geographic Society and dedicates her time to encouraging and promoting others.

"My vision was to build a world-class off-road rally in America - as a true proving ground for stock manufacturer vehicles and also to bring more women into the world of off-road and vehicle adventure. Many told me it could not be done in the U.S. Today, the Rebelle Rally is the longest competitive off-road rally in the U.S.—an 11-day event with 9 days of stages, 10+ hours every day, with no cell phones, no GPS, and no personal support crews. Multiple global manufacturers showcase their vehicles and field teams, ranging from customers to employees and engineers, to promote leadership development and engineering improvements. I spend countless hours working on permits and setting course in the backcountry. I am supported by a team of 125+ staff, and in 2025, the Rebelle Rally celebrates a major milestone - our 10th anniversary."

Emily Miller credits her mentor, legendary off-road racer Rod Hall, for her success as an off-road driver and navigator. In 2009, Emily was part of the only US team to compete in the Ralle Aicha des Gazelle in Morocco. She returned to the Gazelle in 2011, finishing 2nd. That same year, Emily received the “Spirit of Leadership” award from the Women’s Automotive Alliance, and represented BFGoodrich as a Brand Ambassador. Emily is committed to helping women learn and sharpen their driving and navigation skills. Through that passion, the Rebelle Rally, the first women’s off-road navigation rally raid in the United States was born. More than thirty, two-woman teams competed in the Inaugural Rebelle in 2016.
