Trystan Hart rides for FMF, KTM, and RedBull. Extreme Enduro and Endurocross are his sports; he’s been riding dirt bikes since he was five years old.

Extreme enduro is best described as riding a dirt bike through the gnarliest mountain terrain you can imagine, then repeating it for 3-6 hours, depending on the location. Endurocross is stadium racing: 6 minutes at a time over rocks, logs, and other man-made obstacles. Trystan mainly competes in North America, but races several times a year in Europe.
