2023 started off on the top of the podium for Eric Hardin as he bested a field of nearly two dozen Unlimited Trucks and more than 80 Unlimited class entries in his #79 Hardin Racing Unlimited Truck to take his first Mint 400 overall victory.

In 2022 Eric won the Unlimited Truck class at the Battle at Primm, and he won 4 MORE races in 2022 and 2023.  In 2021 he was the MORE Unlimited Truck champion.
